Oh man. The workouts get easier little by little! Today incorporated a few exercises we’ve already done during the challenge so far, and my scores are already improving. Mind you, only by 1 or 2 reps, but that’s still improvement! Really excited to compare my scores from the first First Test on Day 1 to the Fit Test next week!
