Fit Test Recap

So as you may know, I’m participating in the BodyRock 30 Day Challenge. On day 1 we performed a Fit Test. Today (first day of week 2) we performed a second identical Fit Test to see how we’ve improved! Below are my results, but first of all let me explain how the BodyRock workouts work just in case you’re not familiar. Each exercise is done for 50 seconds with 10 seconds rest before the next exercise. It’s interval training, basically. So, here’s the results:

Round 1

(Day 1) Squats : 22

(Day 10) Squats : 22

(Day 1) Pushups : 18

(Day 10) Pushups : 19

(Day 1) Tricep Dips : 8

(Day 10) Tricep Dips : 12

(Day 1) Crunches : 21

(Day 10) Crunches : 25

Round 2

(Day 1) Squats : 19

(Day 10) Squats : 22

(Day 1) Pushups : 15

(Day 10) Pushups : 21

(Day 1) Tricep Dips : 7

(Day 10) Tricep Dips : 12

(Day 1) Crunches : 20

(Day 10) Crunches : 22

Round 3

(Day 1) Squats : 18

(Day 10) Squats : 20

(Day 1) Pushups : 15

(Day 10) Pushups : 19

(Day 1) Tricep Dips : 7

(Day 10) Tricep Dips : 12

(Day 1) Crunches : 20

(Day 10) Crunches : 20

So as you can see, I improved everywhere except for Round 1’s Squats and Round 3’s Crunches. I’m pretty impressed with myself. It’s not HUGE improvement, but it is still improvement!
