I’m pleased with that, especially since I forgot to weigh on the 15th like I planned to AND I hopped on the scale after eating breakfast. So, yep. Good times. I think I’m going to do alright.

Because it has been so long since I weighed in, I’m going to do it now. At 9:15pm. With all my clothes on. I know, it’s dumb, but I feel like if I wait until Tuesday, I’ll just “forget” again. So here it is:
237.2 lbs
That is 9.7 lbs heavier than my original highest weight. OMG UGH. That said, I know it’s the clothes and the food and the end of day and the bad foods I’ve been eating for the last couple weeks. Anyways, I will weigh again on Tuesday and take measurements then as well.
That weight (227.3) was after I ate breakfast. So I re-weighed today just to get a better idea of where I’m at. 226.2 is what the scale read this morning. It really makes me excited to eat better (because other than dinner yesterday, I ate great) and exercise. We’ve got 128 days until the first day of summer. Who’s getting ready?
Wow. I mean, I’ve been weighing (sorta) but not regularly, and I sure haven’t been posting it. I weighed today at 227.3 which is way better than the weights I’ve been seeing. So let this mark the start of my journey back down. No more screwing around!

Didn’t measure this week. There’s no reason I should be up as high as I am, especially since I was at 207 last Christmas. But… Whatever. I’m ready to make it this time. I actually WANT to work out, and I DO. It’s amazing. Like, truly, I can’t believe it. I have my work Christmas dinner tomorrow night, and it’s a buffet so I’ll be attempting to have only one plate. Looking forward to a lower number on Tuesdays scale!

Well, I know I could have been down had I drank more water over the weekend/Monday. I do really poorly Saturday Sunday and then Monday I usually start back up with it, but this week I forgot my water bottle at home so Tuesday when I came in to work was the first I drank any water really. Oh well. Back to real life now.

Glad to be down a bit from last week, but as I said last night, I wasn’t really great as far as food or water so I’m not surprised to be down so little. I need to do better for myself. I always get motivated for a day (or a few hours) and then lose it and stop because it’s too much work. I want this and I deserve this. Who has some ideas on how to keep the motivation flowing?

Well I was looking for an actual loss this week, but I understand why there isn’t. I ate pretty well this week, but I still don’t drink enough water over the weekends which I’m sure results in my body retaining water. (plus it’s my TOM so that doesn’t really help…) Next week will be better. I know it.

I didn’t know what to expect for today, but I am very happy with what I got. Down 1.3 lbs from last week, but still up 0.2 from where I re-started this journey. I’m getting there though. It will happen.
